A Warm Welcome from Principal Teresa Vesneske

I am thrilled to join the LaCrosse School District as your new principal!

My educational journey began as a paraeducator, where I developed a deep appreciation for the vital role support staff plays in student success. After fifteen years in that role, I transitioned to the classroom as a middle school science teacher. That experience ignited my passion for creating engaging and inspiring learning experiences.

As a student-centered educator, I believe my purpose as principal is to empower educators to reach their full potential so they can, in turn, support ALL of our students. My priorities include honoring LaCrosse’s rich traditions while fostering a school culture built on connectedness, pride, and a strong sense of identity. Together, we will create a learning environment where every student feels valued and inspired.

I am excited to be a member of the La Crosse community and look forward to building strong partnerships. I am grateful for the warm welcome I have received and can’t wait to get started!
